counseling with natasha, QS, LMHC, LPC (she/her)

Healing doesn't require becoming someone else. It begins with finally being able to be yourself.

Deciding to start therapy can feel overwhelming, and finding the right therapist can be just as challenging. My goal is to make that process feel a little easier by creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

Therapy with me is warm, relaxed, and authentic. We laugh, we curse, we celebrate wins, and sometimes we pause to say hello to my cat or therapy dog when they wander into session. Fidget toys are always welcome (my favorite is Speks), emotional support water bottles are encouraged, and there is never any expectation that you have to present a polished version of yourself.

I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role isn't to tell you who to be, it's to walk alongside you as you explore patterns, process difficult experiences, and build the tools you need to create a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.

Ultimately, my hope is that therapy helps you reach a place where you no longer need me. It is an incredible privilege to be part of each client's journey, even if it's only for a chapter.
